About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Transport Manager to oversee daily fleet operations, manage drivers, and ensure all deliveries are completed on time and within compliance standards. You’ll play a key role in planning routes, maintaining vehicles, and improving transport efficiency across our network.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day transport operations across the UK
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
• Coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles
• Monitor fuel usage, costs, and overall performance metrics
• Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Transport or Fleet Manager
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of UK transport regulations and HGV compliance
• Ability to lead teams under pressure
• Proficiency in using transport management software (TMS)
